ICC Brazil confirms its presence at the 20 th Southern Brazilian Poultry Symposium
The company has been participating in the event for 17 years and has witnessed the development and growth of the trade fair and the sector
ICC Brazil, a company that presents innovative solutions that strive for animal health and performance as well as food safety, is one of the exhibitors of the 20 th Southern Brazilian Poultry Symposium (SBSA), which is one of the most important technical symposiums on poultry
farming in Latin America. The event, which takes place from the 2 nd to the 4 th of April in Chapecó (Santa Catarina), brings together professionals from Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Mexico, and Bolivia.
According to National Sales Manager Ricardo Barbalho, ICC Brazil has participated since the third edition of the symposium. “ICC Brazil couldn’t miss an event like SBSA. Chapecó is one of the largest producers of animal protein in Brazil. We are very happy to participate in another edition of this important symposium,” said Barbalho, highlighting that in its 17 years of participation, ICC Brazil has consolidated its product brands, networked, and trained its technical team during the event.
At its booth, ICC Brazil will present ImmunoWall®, a product composed of a high quantity of ß-glucans and MOS, which ensures that animals maintain balance in their intestinal microbiota and improve their immune system responses, resulting in the reduction of contamination by pathogens. As a result, there is considerable improvement in the well-being of the animals, as well as in their performance. Studies performed have demonstrated that supplementing ImmunoWall® in animal feed reduces Salmonella enteritidis contamination by 90% in egg-laying poultry and, consequently, in their eggs as well.
ICC Brazil has performed more than 200 in-vitro studies and has 56 studies on different species that demonstrate the efficiency of ImmunoWall®.
Another product that will be at the booth is Liposorb®, an emulsifier that helps the animals in digesting lipids (fats) in their feed and also helps the machinery in producing said feed, optimizing the efficiency of the plant and producing pellets that are more uniform and of greater
quality.
Besides Barbalho, William Brodbeck, manager for the Northern and Northeastern regions, Alexandre Silva, the commercial manager for the Southern region, and Liliana Borges, R&D Analyst, and researcher will also be present at the symposium.
